ProGenesis' graphical user interface simplifies design-rule entry, and its industry-leading compaction engine handles existing and emerging design rules, design for manufacturability (DFM) practices, and the full spectrum of radical design restrictions (RDR), up to fully gridded rectangular layout for any or all layers. ProGenesis also easily handles special needs such as radiation hardening or silicon on insulator (SOI). Yield rules can be implemented as area allows.
